RETURN PRODUCTS

To return a product it must be in its original condition and not used.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product.

The cost of changing a product is 6.00 euros.
Please do not make arbitrary returns because if there is no prior arrangement you will be charged unfairly.
Changes are made at the price valid on the day of return.

No changes are made :
In underwear - tights - bulk perfumes - cosmetics that are not sealed - hair products - nails that are not sealed - earrings - piercings and generally in those products whose quality and hygiene can not be guaranteed in case of opening or testing.
In seasonal products the offer products after the end of the season / offer
Changes are made at the price valid on the day of return.

MONEY RETURN - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If the product you bought does not meet your expectations and is a product that is being changed, you can exercise your right of withdrawal, in which case you should contact us at info@glowhall.gr within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods, we will receive the goods in their original condition and within 14 days we will deposit the full amount you gave for the product in an account that you will indicate to us, in case of withdrawal the shipping costs of the goods are borne by the consumer.

The product is delivered either defective or the wrong shipment is made and we do not have to replace it with something similar or something that satisfies you.
